From the form to the quote — without detours
We are not an installation company. We connect you with installers who actually fit heat pumps in your region. Here is how it works and what happens to your data.

You fill in the request for quotes
Eleven short questions about your building, current heating, preferred date and region. No technical knowledge needed — if you are unsure, there is always an "I don't know" option. It takes you about two minutes.
Why so many questions? An installer can only provide a reliable quote if they can roughly assess the heating load, flow temperature and installation situation. Experience shows that requests for quotes without these details end up in the bin.

We check the request for quotes
We look at every request for quotes, usually on the same working day. We check whether the details are plausible and complete. If something is missing or seems contradictory, we will get in touch with you briefly — before your data leaves our house.

Up to three installers receive your request for quotes
We select those from our network of partner companies in Austria who work in your region and suit your project — a company that only does new builds will not get an old building renovation.
Three is the maximum, not the goal. If only one suitable company is available in your region, you will just get one quote instead of three. We do not make up the numbers.

You compare and decide
The installers will contact you directly, usually within one to two working days, by phone or email, depending on what you provided. For a binding quote, an on-site appointment is almost always necessary — without a look at the boiler room, distribution and installation location, any figure remains an estimate.
You are free to decide whether and with whom you proceed. The request for quotes does not create a contract or any obligation.
What it costs — and how we make money
The service is free for you. Neither the request for quotes nor the quotes from the installers cost you anything, and there are no hidden fees.
The portal is financed from the other side: installers pay us for forwarded requests for quotes. This is the usual way for comparison portals, and we prefer to say it openly rather than pretending it is a gift. This does not change the price of your system for you — you negotiate directly with the company.
What happens to your data
- Passed on only with your consent — which you explicitly give in the form and can withdraw informally at any time.
- Maximum of three recipients, all from our checked partner network in Austria.
- No resale to third parties. Your data is not a commodity that we give to address brokers.
- No promotional newsletters from us, unless you explicitly request them.
