Save plan and continue later
A public subsidy often drags on for months. Save your plan: with the link from the email, you can come back at any time, even from your mobile, and carry on where you left off.
This is not a request for quotes: no installer sees your details. We save your details from the Förder-Manager (excluding income) and your email address, only for this link. If you do not open the plan for two years, we will delete it. Privacy policy

How the Förder-Manager works
In Austria, public subsidies for heat pumps come from up to three pots: from the federal government, from the federal state and from some municipalities. Each pot has its own conditions, its own forms and its own sequence: you submit some applications before the order, some only after the installation, some only within a deadline. If you mix up the sequence, you lose money.
The Förder-Manager uses your details to create a personal roadmap: which public subsidies fit and roughly how much, which steps by when, which form at which authority, and which documents you get yourself and which the installer provides. If something changes, such as the installation date, it recalculates immediately.
Status of public subsidy data: 2 October 2026. All amounts are estimates; the subsidy authorities are binding.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Förder-Manager fill in the applications for me?
No. It tells you which public subsidy suits your project, in which sequence you should proceed, which form you submit to which authority and when, and which documents you need from the installer. You have to submit them yourself — many installers help with this.
Where does the information come from?
Directly from the funding agencies: guidelines, application forms and information sheets from the federal government, federal states and municipalities, checked on 2 October 2026. Anything we couldn't verify is shown as 'open'. The funding agency's information is always legally binding.
Why do some public subsidies say 'open'?
Because something is not yet certain: a detail about the device that only the installer can answer, a programme whose continuation next year hasn't been decided yet, or a budget that is almost used up. The Förder-Manager tells you exactly what needs to be clarified.
Will my details be saved?
In your browser, so you can continue on your next visit. If you want to continue on another device, save the plan with your email address and you will receive a link. This is not a request for quotes: no installer sees the plan, and after two years without being accessed, we will delete it. We never store your income. For our statistics, we also anonymously count which details are entered in the Förder-Manager, without location and without reference to you.
