Application possible up to 18 months after invoicing. Ground/groundwater heat pumps have a higher cost limit — up to 9.325 € basic public subsidy there. For new builds, the Wohnbauförderungsrichtlinie (housing subsidy guidelines) with a max. 40 °C design flow temperature applies instead of the renovation guidelines. The additional TIWAG premium requires membership in the "Netzwerk Wärmepumpe Tirol" and is therefore not available for every device. As an alternative to the one-off grant, there is an Annuitätenzuschuss (annuity grant) (35 % of the initial burden).
