The heat pump is the sole heating system; main residence in the municipality; also tenants with the owner's consent; first-time installation, once per type in 25 years; confirmation from an installer; for ground-source or water-source heat pumps, the water rights permit, if necessary; no subsidy for pool heat pumps.
